*Tour Bookings: All tour bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
*Payment: Full payment or minimum deposit (60%) is required to secure your reservation. Payment methods and deadlines will be communicated during the booking process.
*Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary by tour and are outlined during the booking process. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 20 DAYS of the tour departure. WTH reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered.
*Tour Participation: Tour participants must be in good health and have a minimum level of physical fitness, as some tours may involve strenuous activities. Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide and comply with safety regulations at all times.
*Liability: WTH are not liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft during the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment. WTH are not liable for any costs incurred as a result of missed flights or transportation due to tour delays.
*Photography and Media: WTH may capture photos and videos during the tour. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional materials
*Force Majeure: WTH are not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
